Brady Dibble

Brady Dibble is Director of Product & Technical Program Management at CIQ, where he oversees Rocky Linux development, IT infrastructure tools, and partnerships. He coordinates across engineering, security, and partner teams to deliver enterprise-grade Linux solutions.

Since joining CIQ in 2023, Brady has supported Rocky Linux through key security initiatives, including FIPS 140-3 validation and the groundwork for RLC Hardened and RLC AI. He manages cloud partnerships that produce optimized Rocky Linux images and helps ensure Rocky Linux meets the infrastructure needs of modern workloads, including AI applications.

Brady draws from his product management experience in scaled logistics, where he focused on building solutions that work reliably for customers at scale across multi-sided marketplaces. His approach is straightforward: understand what customers need, then help build the Linux infrastructure to get them there. Brady participates in Rocky Linux community meetups and industry events, sharing practical insights on deployment and security practices. His work with security-focused environments has given him valuable perspective on the compliance challenges facing organizations in regulated industries.
